Even though I would like better odds, Im still taking Aldo, update soon.
The odds on Northcutt vs. Pflister are more interesting. The unproven hype train Northcutt vs the not that great striker wrestler Pflister. I see Northcutt waaay overpriced here and see Pflister as worth a small bet.
Even Joe Rogan said “hype train”
These guys are fast, and Dodson has KO power. The odds for a Dodson win are not that great and the way he fights this could end suddenly at anytime so tough bet there.
Hall is a beast, he should not have a problem winning this. The issue is that he is too nice. He lacks killer instinct sometimes. After watching the weigh ins where he pushes I dont think this will be an issue.
Co main events are stacked. Travis Brown is big and he has very good footwork and is fast. He moves like a basketball player. AA is a MMA legend, also fast and with KO power not to mention all the ring time but I do not see how he can win unless Brown makes a big mistake. He is not faster than Brown which is an advantage that AA has over some other HW. Odds are not great for a Brown win though. Cowboy, we know what he is going to do. Push the action with Muay Thai and BJJ. Odds are really not worth the risk for him winning though and I dont see how Makdessi wins unless Cerrone does something really out of style.
This is an interesting match up. Burkman coming off a win to Hector Lumbard and Dong Hyun Kim coming off a loss from Woods. Before his loss he was on a nice winning streak. Is DHK ready to get back on the W side or is Burkman a real underrated fighter? No matter who you think is going to take this one the odds are good for the favorite and the underdog here.
Weidman vs. Belfort , New vs. Old, Volume vs. Power – Belfort plenty of KOs , lots of 1st round finishes. Explosive, Power when you are in trouble he swarms like no other world class BJJ. Weidman hard grinder, good striking high level wrestling cardo till next week, comes on strong in late rounds. This is an epic match up, Im sure Weidman´s corner is going to tell him something like “put a hole through his fu**kn face” and Belfort, well he is already going nuts without you needing to tell him. Even though Weidman is the favorite and rightfully so I like this 5.045 for Belfort and I think that is underrating what he can do. Watch Belfort vs. Jones again and then tell me why this should be 5.045
Corminer vs. Johnson – Volume vs. Power Part 2! This is a very similar match up! The main difference is that both of these guys wrestling is good with Cormier having the upper hand on paper. AJ has never been in a title match and is not known for having great cardo but has looked like a pure animal since he moved up a weight class and has not had to stress the weight cut, this should help his cardio. AJs stand up has looked really good and Cormier lost to Jones, but did not do “that bad” considering Jones is a meat grinder. I agree with the odds makers making this a throw up and I like the over 2. 5 rounds at 1.7 , I expect war.
Christmas time is over. IIIITTTTSSS TIME!
Maybe your pockets are full? Then ive got a few betting picks for you. I suggest using bitcoin to bet with. Why? If it is technicaly illegal to bet in your area you can get around that by using bitcoin, you might want to use TOR as well. Also if you sign up at bitbook.biz then you can use the “faucet” and get a small ammount of free bitcoin that you can use to bet with, NO DEPOSIT NEEDED! You can then test out my picks without any risk. They also have some different odds as some of the other sportsbook so check them out. Chris Leben 3.55 vs. Uriah Hall
Both of these guys are fighting to stay in the UFC. If you like fighting then you know how Leben fights. Its not pretty, technical, or fancy but damn if he cant fight. Hall is the exact opposite, fancy, technical and gifted. Leben with less skills has a huge heart and hall with tons of skills has shown that he is lacking in willingness to get into a real FIGHT. I see Leben as the worst match up for Hall, Leben might get really beat up in the first but if he survives I think its over for Hall. Look for Leben to push Hall up against the fence, and go into “I hit you , I dont care if you hit me” mode and just be too much uglyness for Hall to deal with.
Manny Gamburyan vs. Dennis Siver 1.408 Siver has lost a few but just take a look to who he lost to, he is hard to put away and big for the division.
Diego Brandao vs. Dustin Poirier Cant decide- if you can bet FOTN then this could be it.
Travis Browne vs. Josh Barnett 1.53 Best value on the card, do you really see Browne beating Barnett??
Miesha Tate 7.35 vs. Ronda Rousey yea yea yea, everyone has been waiting for this. From a betting point of view I am willing to bet that Tate can somehow win for 7.35! Holy batshit. But seriously, If this goes past the first Tate could manage to knock out Rousey. Its worth 7.35
Chris Weidman vs. Anderson Silva 1.62 Stop watching all of the UFC hype videos. Road to UFC blah, that hype up Weidman. Can Weidman take AS down? Probaly not, you really think that he can stand with AS when AS is not playing clown? No way. 1.62 for Anderson Silva, say that a few times and tell me that is not a good value. Hell I even think this will go under 1.5 rounds for 1.854
These are my picks, dont bet the house, do your own research.

Sleep Train Arena
UFC on Fox 9 TITLE FIGHT
Johnson vs. Benavidez IIUnder 4.5 Rounds for 2.55so lets hope SOMEBODY finishes this fight before halfway of the last round, imo 2.55 is a good bet.
Mac Danzig vs. Joe Lauzon
Both of these guys are tough. I see Lauzon winning this and it could even have a suprise fight of the night honor. Lauzon is a good value at 1.57 WIN LAUZON for 1.57
I dont like the odds for Chad Mendes to beat Nik Lentz , not worth the risk. Im not going to touch Michael McDonald vs. Urijah Faber not really sure about that one.
For great odds check out BitBook dont have any bitcoins to bet with? No problem just Sign up and then head over to http://bitbook.biz/faucet and get some FREE BITCOINS to start betting with.
Soa Palelei vs. Pat Barry
I wouldnt bet on a Pat Barry fight. Fun to watch ,but inconsitant and horrible ground game.
The under 1.5 round bet looks good. Barry KOs Palelei or Barry makes a dumb mistake and gets subbed. UNDER 1.5 ROUNDS for 1.584
Anthony Perosh vs. Ryan Bader
Bader is not too fun to watch, but he should be able to get the job done in this one. WIN BADER for 1.213
James Te Huna vs. Mauricio Rua
The trading of the guard. One carrer is slowly coming to an end and another is starting to take off.
This could be FOTN , really depends on which Rua we see. The odds are worth betting on Te Huna. WIN TE HUNA for 1.884
Antonio Silva vs. Mark Hunt
Im not going to predict this one, I am a fan of both fighters.
Even the odds on over under 1.5 rounds are too close to really make a good bet.
Alexis Davis 2.86 vs. Liz Carmouche 1.48
Davis is a good fighter. Carmauche is better. She is tough, has power and came the closest to betting
Rousey than any other woman so far. As a bonus she is ex-miltary so its a home game. I like the
value at 1.48 (almost as if the bookers didnt want to write 1.50 to attract to many bets 😉 Carmouche WIN
Colton Smith 2.4 vs. Michael Chiesa 1.645
2 TUF winners, but two different fighters. Smith is has more of a wrestle f*ck style. He will
just try to overwork you and hold you down for the most part. Hey, he is a tough guy and
should be modivated since he is ex-military. BUT Chiesa is better in every area, ok if it was a
wrestling match for points and not mma then I would say Smith, but its not. 1.645 is enough
to get me to lay it on the line WIN Chiesa
George Roop 2.0 vs. Francisco Rivera 1.909
Do not bet Roop is an example of the type of guy to avoid when betting.
No matter what you think of him as a fighter from a betting point of view he is
poision, to hard to tell what he will do , Rivera is not bad. If you like flipping a coin
and you normaly play one of those bitcoin dice games then this fight is for you!
Remember in MMA anything can happen! Bet at your own risk! These are my suggestions only, do your own research too! Just because you think someone is going to win doesnt always mean that it is a good bet ie a good value, use your brain!
Here are betting tips for UFC 162 Dennis Siver to beat Cub Swanson
Siver is an underdog at Sports Interaction has him at 2.90. We think that is a good value for what should be a great fight. Single bet for Siver.
Chris Weidman v Anderson Silva
We will also take a single bet on Silva for 1.30
Not sure if I can remember the last time Silva was anywhere near 1.30 for a fight.
-best value Silva for 1.36 at Bovada, are they crazy?-
Charles Oliveira v Frank Edgar
Edgar at 1.18 just isnt worth it. Oliverira at 5.00 is what it is, a longshot at best. Sports InteractionBovada
